Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Keenile's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Keenile's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

Keenile provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Blockchain Development
• Real Estate Technology Platforms
• Web Development
• Cybersecurity Solutions
• Cloud Solutions

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals during development
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and deliverables remain with Keenile unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects require a deposit before commencement
• Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed deliverables
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keenile or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Keenile's website, even if Keenile or a Keenile authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and work completed up to the termination date will be delivered to the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
